Do you guarantee your services?
We guarantee our remote services for 5 days and our on-Site services for 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied with our services please contact us and we'll work with you to solve any problems quickly and at no additional cost.

What do I need to know before a YPC support specialist arrives at my home or office?
A person at least 18 years of age must be present during the entire time period that services are provided. The support specialist must receive full access to the computers and peripherals to be serviced, access to your residence, your consent and cooperation to enter your residence or business, a safe working environment, working space and electrical power.

What is remote service?
Remote service allows Yorkville PC to to diagnose and correct your computer's problems through a secure 128-bit encrypted high speed internet connection, eliminating the need for a housecall. Such services are identified under our Services and Pricing menu.

Remote service system requirements:

  • Remote log on works with most PCs built within the last 4 years
  • Must have a working high speed internet connection
  • Operating system Windows 98SE or greater
